Sevrak is led by builders with deep eDiscovery roots and a product-minded delivery posture - owning the hard parts, staying close to decisions, and delivering work teams can actually support.
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Jarrod leads Sevrak's delivery and advisory work: turning unclear requirements into scope that can be built, tested, and runnable in real-life operations. He's led engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams in eDiscovery environments, with a strong focus on application and system performance - optimizing both the software and the underlying platforms it depends on so workflows stay stable under real load.
He also has a track record of bringing service differentiators and productized capabilities to market by building integrations, visibility tooling, and workflow automation that don't just improve operations, but help commercial teams win work and expand accounts.

- Principal Engineer - API and integration architecture, clear integration rules, reliability by design, and delivery automation that's easy to run and support.
- Principal Architect - End-to-end solution and cloud/security architecture, scalable data flows, and systems that are easy to monitor and maintain.
- eDiscovery SME - Workflow validation, defensibility and audit readiness, exception handling, QA on real-world constraints, and requirements pressure-testing.

Founder Story
We built Sevrak at the intersection of operations, engineering, and commercial reality - where capability has to hold up in production and earn its keep in the market.
We've seen how capability becomes revenue in legal tech: the right integration wins deals, the right visibility builds trust, and the right automation improves margin. Sevrak exists to build those differentiators and to ship them in a way teams can operate after launch.
We started by building internal tooling and process improvements everywhere we went - because the same operational problems kept showing up, and re-solving them from scratch was a waste. Teaching came with it, too: training, docs, and sharing what we learned so teams could run better - not just run faster.
Today, we bring that same mindset to client work in two ways:
- Operational: We work to identify repeatable friction that drags margin down, then remove it with automation and systems that are measurable, replayable, and usable by operations teams.
- Commercial: We help clarify the buyer, differentiation, roadmap, and (when needed) packaging - then deliver integrations and product capability that supports how services are sold.
